One that would engage and drive sales (obviously), and one that would create an unforgettable shared experience that would strengthen relationships, build rapport and further cement trust between HP and their distributor, System Active.
Our specialist Experience team conceived, curated and implemented a true once-in-a-lifetime reward trip that took Ibiza VIP to a new level, hand-selecting only the most iconic venues, exclusive experiences, off-the-chart activities and VIP access.
Each System Active attendee received a tailored welcome pack and itinerary to seamlessly guide them through the jam-packed tour of Europe’s dance capital, complete with all the practical information they needed to know.
Day one of the trip didn’t disappoint. After arriving in Ibiza and freshening up at the hotel, the System Active team headed straight for O Beach where VIP access, a private beach bed, food and drinks awaited them in the sunshine. The highlight of the day was rubbing shoulders with all the VIPs in the private section, including Wayne Lineker and Maya Jama. Not to mention a full set from British DJ and celebrity, DJ Spoony.
The fun didn’t stop there. As the day turned to night, the team headed to the world-renowned super club, Pacha, to dance the night away.
Understandably, the team took the morning to get a (late) breakfast and enjoy some free time at the hotel. But soon enough it was time to party again. The team made their way to Vanilla Beach Club where they enjoyed a three-course lunch, drinks and great music before heading to iconic Ushuaia for VIP access to Calvin Harris’ set – the absolute highlight of the trip. Showcasing some serious party stamina, the System Active team danced the second night away at the David Guetta Future Rave at HI Ibiza.
The team spent the last day soaking up rays at Nassau Beach Club before heading back to the airport and returning home with suntans, yes, a few sore heads, but some brilliant new friendships that’ll last a lifetime.
