Beth’s been with Blue Square since October 2019. In under five years, she’s had three roles within the Samsung team progressing from Regional Manager to Head of Training and Operations. In our eyes, Beth is a superstar in – and outside – of work, from being an incredible support to her team and an amazing mother at home, in honour of International Women’s Day, we thought it’d be great to sit down and ask Beth to walk us through her time here and her tips for anyone wondering how they can progress in their career.

Farah's been a star of ours working with Samsung since 2019 where she started in a store-based role before quickly progressing through to the manager role she's in now. Having been part of the Blue Square family for nearly five years, we wanted to get a snapshot from Farah on her career journey, how she's progressed in her roles, and her advice for others who want to do the same.

Stephen began his Blue Square journey back in 2017 as part of our Samsung team, and after just two years moved over to our HP team as Field Manager. Since then, he’s progressed even further to National Field Manager. Ike’s one of Blue Square’s superstars (in fact, he’s one of many).
