Samsung Operations & Communications Manager

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Operations & Communications Manager, offering a salary between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum based in Chertsey. This is a permanent position with Blue Square supporting and working closely with our client Samsung.

The Role

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for Day-to-Day Operations support to our field team members through timely strategic communications. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally, Channel Managers, Training team and Contact Centre teams

You will collate and present important Results/Insights within the Market in collaboration with the Reporting and Insights team. You will lead the communications function within operations ensuring all external and internal teams within operations have the right level of information to be able to fulfil their roles and deliver against the Samsung vision and OGSM’s. This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who wants to work in a cross-functional role where interaction must be kept to premium levels throughout the whole operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for all Samsung HQ requests and work with all peers ensuring timely responses and influence new ways of working, to avoid duplications.
• Collate past weekly and monthly insights, forward focus areas/plans and communicate key successes, areas of improvement, changes, and key developments, to Operational Heads.
• Create and manage release dates for recurring publications (Newsletters)
• Demonstrate ROI to Senior Management in all projects
• Conduct Full PIR (Post Implementation Reviews) on all Operations Projects
• Analyse communications data to identify areas of opportunity in how and what we communicate

• Extensive experience of coordinating communication campaigns and delivering events
