For the first time ever, we took the Samsung National Training Summit virtual. This event pushed us to completely re-think our approach to events. COVID-19 had made the ‘old’ ways of physical events completely redundant, but our client still had the same goals and need to engage a national Field Force before their flagship Note 20 device launch in summer 2020.
This 3-day event based at Samsung’s King Cross flagship store included a mixture of live broadcasts and pre-recorded segments, engaging presenters, live audience interaction, Q&A and audience feedback. This event exceeded client expectations, received an overall satisfaction score of 8.6/10 from our audience, and won an FMBE Gold Award for Best Virtual Event: Training & Demos in January 2021.
