Samsung’s product range has evolved to become a connected ecosystem of smartphones, wearables, audio accessories and smart household appliances. This ecosystem is often connected within a customer’s property using Samsung Smart Home, which is compatible with other voice assistants such as Bixby, Alexa and Google. This new tech is a game-changer for today’s consumer.

To give customers the best possible experience of the new connected ecosystem, and together with our client, in 2021 we launched a service and after sales support team. Creating a new type of role and building a customer-focused strategy, we recruited and onboarded dedicated, experienced service engineers to support on a national level. This team strive to enhance and optimise the brands after-sales customer experience.

To ensure the highest level of knowledge and customer service, we aligned a comprehensive learning programme for the engineers to access the technical training and support elements needed. Operationally, this engineers are supported by an administration team based at our clients’ head office, to ensure close collaboration between internal teams.

With dedicated tools and processes to deliver operations, logistics, mapping, reporting and physical infrastructure, our team of roaming engineers delivers a highly personal service and expertise to help our client increase loyalty and build brand love.
