It’s not every day you get the opportunity to create, plan and implement an incentive event that you could only have dreamed of as a child. That’s exactly what we did when we introduced the Disneyland Paris reward trip to our Samsung Field Team in conjunction with their latest product launch, the Galaxy Z Flip4 5G and Z Fold4 5G.
Safe to say our team of 45+ Omnichannel Territory Managers and Regional Managers were up for the sell-out challenge set…and the chance for ten of them to experience an all-expenses paid trip to Disneyland Paris.
That was the extra cherry on top.
The team were raring to go…fantastic products, first to market innovation and a set of Micky Mouse ears at the end of it.
With each sale, the team climbed closer to the target surpassing expectations reaching 106% of target and selling over a thousand devices. Samsung described it as ‘a huge success’ with an additional revenue of over £1m for Samsung.
A close fought race, the top 10 winners on our leaderboard set about enjoying the best Disney adventure possible thanks to the effort, creativity and planning undertaken by our Blue Square X team, in particular Mica Double.
From the £500 spending money and Eurostar journey to Disneyland Paris with Mica as their host and guide; to the Grand Magic Hotel, park rides, character breakfast and VIP tickets to ‘The Lion King. It’s clear the team left with memories that will last a lifetime.
