Our in-store promoters deliver highly engaging hands-on demonstrations with consumers, creating theatre to bring Samsung’s newest technology to life. The in-store environment is key too, with operational excellence, display compliance, and POS maintenance forming part of their roles.
Working within the retail environment also enables a richer level of reporting and feedback for the client. Our in-house analytics experts in Hertford monitor thousands of data points coming from the retail estate to provide performance reports and timely insights back to Samsung.
