Across numerous channel partners our training, in-store promoter and regional sales teams educate consumers and store staff across the full range of Samsung devices & ecosystem, as well as driving commercial performance within the store. 

Our in-store promoters deliver highly engaging hands-on demonstrations with consumers, creating theatre to bring Samsung’s newest technology to life. The in-store environment is key too, with operational excellence, display compliance, and POS maintenance forming part of their roles. 

Working within the retail environment also enables a richer level of reporting and feedback for the client. Our in-house analytics experts in Hertford monitor thousands of data points coming from the retail estate to provide performance reports and timely insights back to Samsung. All of this plays a vital part in our strategy and ongoing work to grow sales, increase loyalty and build brand love for Samsung.
